Dynamic terrain loading in NeoAxis 
Playing around with the idea of loading terrain only when it is needed and also items if they appear on the loaded terrain. Could think if it like distance culling. Doesn't work perfectly and is not the best approach for big terrains

New NeoAxis 1.3 version is out! 
My NeoAxis Commercial subscription ended 4 days before the 1.3 version was out. Ivan was understanding and gave me and some others the 1.3 version anyway.

1.3 has Recast support and some other new features. I restarted on my game project and did a patrolling NPC tutorial. You need to have folk walking in your maps!
